A Woman on a Mission

Fabe Keily is a woman on a mission. As CEO and founder of What Working Women Want, her mission is helping working men and women across the globe to maximise their potential professionally, personally and financially… but it hasn’t always been that way.

In December 2007 as national events manager of Australia’s largest investment education company, Fabe was on the verge of burnout due to a lack of work/life balance.  Desiring more flexibility with her time and wanting to make a difference, she went out on her own in April 2008 to provide connection, education and support for working women around finances, health and relationships. 

Since 2008 Fabe has run several powerhouse events around Australia and had the opportunity to motivate and inspire thousands of women. More recently, with the addition to the team of new executive trainer Mal White, the organisation has transitioned into providing specialised professional development training for men and women in management who are wanting to step up and take things to the next level (Smart Training).

Like Sunrise’s ‘Kochie’, Fabe believes that one of the essentials of a successful business is consistently building relationships with new and existing clients.  They have recently launched their platinum networking events (Smart Connections) to bring together men and women at the top of their industries to share their tips and strategies for success.
