Carren Smith is an expert at helping people achieve clarity on what they want for their life and she helps give them the voice and confidence to do so.

Carren says new technology has been the catalyst to her success.  She gets almost all of her bookings through her website, and she uses Facebook and social media to communicate with her clients (who she refers to as her connections).

As a survivor of the 2002 Bali bombing, Carren has spent the last three years travelling the country and sharing her story of hope, inspiration and sheer determination to overcome the depression and injuries which threatened to rob her, not just of her quality of life, but of her actual life.

In 2001, Carren’s partner committed suicide and in 2002 she lost her best friend and another friend in the Bali bombing where she sustained massive head injuries.

It was through Carren’s own personal journey of survival, both from the experiences and the depression that followed, that The Art of Public Speaking was created.

Carren says that we may not all have a Bali bombing story in our lives, but what we do have is our own individual stories. When we share our story with others, she says, we are creating connections with others and this gives others the permission to share their story. She says, “I honestly believe we all have a story or a message and our ability to be the conduit for that message and story is determined by our ability to overcome our fear of one another and our fear of rejection.”   Every person is here for a reason, a season or a lifetime, and we all have a purpose for being part of every other person’s life that we meet. Carren wants to be the person that helps every single person understand that and believe that.   

Carren’s company, Quantum Leadership Group, is on a mission to support humanity on a global level by igniting peoples’ purpose - their reason for being here. To help to give them clarity.  She wants people to understand that they matter and that their life matters.  And she wants to give people the skills to learn the power of MASS CONNECTION.   She really wants to make a difference in the world.
